Toxic Makeup & Products Series | Intro Video (What are Parabens & "Toxic Trio" Contents?)

Video Note | With my recent focus on natural, organic products, I stumbled across the resources I did online about the contents of the makeup that I use everyday. There were two topics that scared me the most:
- Parabens (all types) in everything from makeup to food
- The "Toxic Trio" Found in Nail Polishes: formaldehyde, toluene and dibutyl phthalate

After more research, I started to find out how HORRIBLE both of these things were in products, and really made a promise to myself to start eliminating them from the products I use on a daily basis.

In this video, I go over my findings about Parabens (how they cause cancer, they have been found in cancerous tumors, and they emulate estrogen in the endocrine system of our bodies (can be SERIOUS for little boys or men), as well as the Toxic Trio - and how many nail polishes it's in! EEK!

I hope you'll join me in taking a look at these products, and possibly tossing them too! There are other GREAT options out there, and these are just not something I want inside my body any longer.
