I just basically wrote down a few moves, decided 25 Reps 3x would be fun!
Featuring some of my favorite moves, Mountain Climbers, Squats & Lifting weights!
I like to challenge myself and push my self past my limit.
If you have a hard time staying motivated, Hopefully this does it for you! I've never gone to the gym, Don't have fancy equipment but I have determination. If you like videos like this, Thumbs up!
