Perfect Prom Tutorial #2

Hello! This is my second Prom tutorial using just the Urban Decay Naked Palette, MAC Soft Ochre Paint Pot and MAC Blacktruck Fluidline! It's a simple tutorial of a basic look that is going to look good no matter what the occasion: weddings, proms, etc!
