So what's a better way to celebrate Easter than making mocha cupcakes. This combination results in a smooth, clean favour which is perfect for topping with either regular or expresso-spiked buttercream. I did modify the recipe a bit when I filmed this video because I made more than a dozen cupcakes, so don't freak out as to why I have a lot more of the brewed coffee mixture than what the recipe says. Oh, and guess what. I finally bought dry measuring cups. Woohoo!

What you'll need ♡

1 1/3 All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tspn Baking Powder
1/2 tspn Baking Soda
1/4 tspn Salt
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Strong Brewed Coffee
1 1/2 Vanilla Extract
