WALMART MAKEUP HAUL: Flower Beauty, Hard Candy and Pure Ice

I rarely shop at Walmart because the one nearest me is in the opposite direction of where I do the majority of my errands/shopping. There are some Walmart exclusive beauty lines that I wanted to check out so a few weeks ago I hauled a healthy beauty haul and today I'm sharing that with you!

I've had the products for a couple of weeks so this is also a first-impressions review.

Pure Ice:
I'm VERY impressed with the Pure Ice Nail Polishes in Busted, Deja Vu and Private Show. Private Show is a Dead-ringer dupe for Butter London "The Black Night".

Hard Candy recently relaunched their nail line and even though you get less per bottle of nail polish I really like the 3 shades I bought, Piece of Papaya, Bity Blue, and Crush on Lava. I originally thought crush on lava was a dupe for Beetle, But C.O L. is missing the green base color and even up looking warmer compared to Hard Candy Beetle, Orly Space Cadet and MAC Mean & Green.

I was very impressed with the New Hard Candy Concealer "Lite Bright" but I'm not really feeling the Glamoflauge concealer. It never seemed to set- it remained goopy and wet. It is very pigmented- almost like concealer tar. Do you have any recommendations on how to make this concealer work?

Flower Beauty was the main thing I went into Walmart looking for. I think the packaging is overall fantastic and aesthetically pleasing, almost a high-end look. I list many issues with the line in the video, but I want to be clear-
Flower is one of the most expensive beauty brands at Walmart. I feel hat at this price-point, we should be wowed with the product, not just the packaging. There are so many fantastic products at the drugstore that in order for a line to be successful you have to wow us- or at least be on-par with the status quo. For me most of the formula's fell flat of what they should have been. I wanted to love this line, but I think most of the formulas are less than average, and some are quite disappointing. I felt conflicted- was I just being overly judgy? I don't think so. It's my job to tell people if a product is worth their money, and I thought about my viewers and I can't recommend something if it's just not up to snuff.

So far, I think the Foundation is really nice, the Velvet Lipsticks (white tube) are ok, and the black-tube lipsticks are pretty nice.
