February 27th was the Independence Day of my country (Dominican Republic) and I received a few requests to make a design. I made the original design (white, red and blue) honoring the colors of the Dominican flag, but didn't make a tutorial, The Facebook Gang was requesting a tutorial and I decided to change the colors and make it more wearable for Spring.
