Hey everyone! Thank you for watching another one of my Korean makeup tutorials! In this tutorial I will be sharing with you how to achieve that youthful, cute, juicy, dolly, ulzzang lip effect that I used in my ULZZANG makeup tutorial! This was supposed to be featured in my ulzzang look but it was not filmed!!! So Instead I turned it into a separate video! The ulzzang look is a super cute look that looks amazing if you use this lip technique. The tinted lip effect is very easy to create and is a quick little trick that will instantly make you look younger!

I hope my tutorial was able to show you how exactly to create this easy tinted lip look :)
