(this video was 30+ minutes but I cut it down to less than 10 so you guys don't get bored)
I would also like to mention that I will be doing a more "Traditional Cardio Routine" for anyone who is not interested in punching bags all day long (even though I would if I could)
I finally got around to putting this video together & I assure you it wasn't because I was lazy, it was because I had to find the right time when NO ONE was using the bags at the gym. Even then you can hear in the background that there was people around me.
