Yay! Here is makeup tutorial number twenty-two!

I was inspired by a random picture that I came across while looking at a magazine. The picture was of a beautiful woman with really simple eye makeup. The makeup was really simple, yet her eyes looked really defined. It inspired me to try it out for myself and this tutorial is the end result.
