Quick Budget Friendly NYE Make Up Tutorial

Now Christmas is over, everyone's thoughts turn to New Years Eve and letting their hair down in style to see the next year in. I have provided a tutorial for all you gorgeous people out there and this is for a make up look that I have done several times on myself and others because it looks so fabulous. Unfortunately the lighting for my tutorial wasn't working properly so everything has a yellowy tint which is a real shame as this make up application is very vibrant and pretty.

Anyway, I really hope you enjoy the tutorial, I didn't powder my skin at the end as I have quite dry skin which is always worse at this time of year but for New Years Eve, I would definitely recommend an HD powder as there is no doubt that people will be snapping your photo!!
