This tutorial I am showing you how to create WET glossy looking eyes. They are very cool and easy to achieve.
I first create a smokey eye using MAC's paint pot and blending a couple of colours from Urban Decay's Naked palette. Then using either clear lipgloss or MAC's gloss Creme Brilliance I made the eyes look as if they were wet.
You have probably seen this look on the beauty pages in magazines and wondered how and what the makeup artist used. Most of the time they have failed to mention a simple tip like this.
Its just adds a great new twist to a makeup look and can also look quite sexy too!!!
You can pop gloss over nude, brights, and dark coloured shadows.
Remember to use a small amount of product otherwise the gloss will end up sliding down your face. Also Vaseline or an oily based product is too greasy and will crease very quickly.
Plus, to make those eyes pop even more make sure the lips and face are matt and free from shine.
Be sure to watch the music video from Blood red shoes ' Light it up' from my playlist where I gave Laura Mary wet rock chic eyes!
