(Level: Beginner/ALL) My niece is going to her Jr Prom next weekend, and how time flies. I used to burp her and she upchucks milk curds on me not long ago. She wanted a subtle yet dramatic look with a little glitz. Something easy to do, and using Jumbo Pencils from NYX. Here's what I came up with. EnJoy!
