This powder is actually $34, I must been thinking about something else. Still pricey though, I was using the Tarte Provocateur powder before I ran out and it's $4 cheaper. I think that for dry skin this powder might not be the best fit, obviously I don't know for sure, but on my skin it works so well to matify that I think it might leave dry skin looking flat. It does have sparkles, the MUFE powder does not, so that is something to consider. Personally I don't see any of the sparkles when I apply the powder. I apply with a stippling brush, I think that's the best way to apply.
