A few people have requested that I show how I do my watercolor nails, and I thought showing it with this spotted technique would be a fun combination! Spotted nails have been popular lately with the release of OPI's Spotted polish, but here I'm using body spray/perfume - which tons of people have handy around the house! Hairspray is another option as well :)
