Learn how to make solid soap sugar scrub for the face and body! I made about a 3-month supply for this video to exfoliate 2 to 4 times a week. I prefer to use solid soap scrub because it's less messy and efficient to remove dry skin. cosmetic tutorial

Recipe:
-1/2 Cup of Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, or Olive Oil (Coconut and oilive oil can be found easily in the cooking oil or vitamin isle at grocery and drugstores like Walmart and WholeFoods.

-2 Cups of Melt & Pour Soap Base of any kind and can find it at a local arts and craft store that sells soap making supplies like AC Moore Arts & Crafts.

-1 Tsp of Essential oil and you can find it at a grocery store that sells organic food and beauty care like WholeFoods and AC Moore Arts & Craft soap making supplier.

-1 to 5 Drops of Colorant (I used Liquid D&C Red #22 http://www.fromnaturewithlove.com/soap/product.asp?product_id=DCLRED22)

--Mica http://www.soapgoods.com/Colors-c-100.html
--Food Coloring since it will be washed off in the shower to prevent it from staining the skin or shower/tub

-2 to 3 Cups of Granulated Sugar (White, Brown, Demerara, Tubinado)

Other supplies:
-Heart, lip, and soap molds from AC Moore and Joann Fabric store
-Pyrex cup, measuring cups/spoons, microwave/stovetop, spoon, and container.
