***How to remove a whitehead safely at the end of the video***

Tips:
1. WASH your PILLOWCASE and FACE TOWEL (at least once a week)
2. WASH your MAKEUP BRUSHES (as often as possible)
3. Use the Clarisonic or any MOTORIZED BRUSH
4. Use a TONER
5. Take ALL of your MAKEUP OFF BEFORE BED
6. Stick to a ROUTINE (let your skin get used to new products)
7. Use a SPOT TREATMENT - salicylic acid gel (origins superspot remover)
8. DO NOT TOUCH your FACE or pick at your zits
9. Take your VITAMINS (B-12 & Zinc) & drink lots of WATER
10. EAT HEALTHY & stay hydrated (H2O)
11. Use a FACE MASK once a week
12. Use a THICK MOISTURIZER at night & a light one for day
13. Keep your HANDS CLEAN

How to SAFELY REMOVE a WHITEHEAD:
- WASH your face thoroughly
- Wet a CLEAN cloth towel & gently wipe the whitehead off
- WASH your face again to prevent the bacteria from spreading
- Apply a SALICYLIC ACID treatment over the spot to prevent scarring & new pimples
