To recreate this USA flag nails look, you'll need a clear base coat, a red nail polish, a blue nail polish, and a white nail polish. For the thumbs I use star-shaped clear crystal nail gems from the brand Cheeky. You don't have to use the same brands of nail polishes as I do; just use similar colors.
