How To Make This Hair Mask

As hair is made up of protein called Keratin therefore include high-protein food items such as milk,
cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, beans, pulses, soy tofu, lentils, eggs, chicken, fish, organs, feathers,
turkey, oyster in your diet.

If you follow a good diet regime your hair follicles will get essential nutrients and you will get that shiny
long healthy hair.

How to make hair mask:

Ingredients: Egg, amla juice (Indian gooseberry) and honey

1. Take one raw egg

2. Add 2 tpsp of amla juice

3. Add 1 tbsp of honey

4. Mix it well

Apply this to your hair and scalp and massage gently. Leave it for 40 minutes.
Wash this off with mild shampoo.

Tips:

Allow your hair to dry naturally after washing.
Drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day to stay hydrated to sustain cell health
