I thought it would be useful to share my experience shopping with Tarazz.com.au

I purchased two e/shadow palettes - Lorac Pro Palette & the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette which cost about $75.90 for both with shipping at $30. I had compared freight forwarding companies costs + taxes & found Tarazz was cheaper. Tarazz has stated that they are negotiating cheaper shipping costs.

Although I would strongly recommend buying any Urban Decay products from UK sites that offer free international shipping such as HQ Hair, Look Fantastic or BeautyBay but as I was desperate to get the UD Basics palette when these sites did not have it in stock I got it from Tarazz.

When I queried about discounts or a points for purchases they also advised that Tarazz is working on implementing a rewards scheme later in the year.

Overall the customer service was good as I dealt with them a few times over queries & issues. However the shipping was very slow (one month) as I ordered during the peak Christmas season!

My order also had a few issues (cost fluctuating/no notifications on shipping) & I found out this was due to a third party distributor helping out with the high volumes of orders over the festive period. Typically should take around 8-18 working days & have Track & Trace.

Tarazz can consolidate orders from their 20 different retailers on offer & has a US Distribution centre which sends the package/s to Australia which then go out via Australia Post.
