I thought it would be fun to do a DIY Colorful Eyeliner video especially since I wanted to do a blue eyeliner look for the 4th of July. You can use these eyeliner techniques that I discuss in this video with any eye shadows that you have. The blue eyeliner that I did in this video lasted all day without smearing with the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Tenacious Teal as a base.
