Apply a base coat and white nail polish. Next, use blue acrylic paint or nail polish to paint Sulley's face and outline it with black. Use gray for the eyebrows and a lighter gray for his horns. Use dotting tools and white and black nail polish to make eyes and black, gray and white nail polish for his mouth and nose.

For the rest of the nails: use a big dotting tool and purple nail polish to make a polka dot design.

Lastly, apply a topcoat and you're done!
