P.S. I don't know my current weight or how much weight I've lost this year but ill take a wild guess and say I've maybe lost 15 pounds this year. I am not focusing on the number of the scale. I don't even own a scale for that reason. I'm not trying to loose weight anymore but the weight I am now is my results from my eating habits and lifestyle. Ive been this size for the past 5-6 months. I see a change in my energy, how I feel and the way my clothes fit. I am more aware of my body without the scale because I am only targeting health not physical beauty.
