I LOVE Concrete Minerals Pro Matte eyeshadow pigments. This is just one way that you can use this navy blue color, but more than anything, I wanted to show how beautiful the color is...so I put it all over ;) I love all 4 of the colors I purchased and if you grab them, I hope you like them too. Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy is a staple. I don't know how I used pigments before this I discovered this stuff. Special thanks to Ana of Lipsticks & Lightsabers.com who led me to Fyrinnae. I applied Rimmel Exaggerate Liner in Deep Ocean on top of the UD liner in Sabbath to make it more blue. Sabbath is really, really dark navy liner.
