☀How I Stay Thin

I always have people asking me how I stay so thin, and sometimes it's hard for me to just say it's genetics. I do have problem spots and I think my active "lifestyle" kind of helps with that. Generally, I like to be moving and I don't like to force a lot of junk down my throat. However, I do believe in moderation. If I want some sweets, I will have that cupcake but I will eat only half of it, or I share my food with people. Being thin should not be a reason why you want to do any of this. Your health is your most valuable investment.
