In this hair tutorial, SimDanelle (Danelle Ice) shows how to do a rope braid twist hairstyle. This twisting braiding technique is very easy to do and quick to learn.

If you don't do the twists and the overhand moves the right way, the whole rope braid will unravel when you let go! Just make sure you memorize the 2 simple directions and you'll be rope braiding in no time.

In the video I show you how to do a rope braid in the bangs section so that it's easy to teach the technique. You could also do the rope braid as a main ponytail in the back, as pieces of an updo, or even use lots of small rope braids to make a bun!
