I hope you all enjoyed this Miley Cyrus inspired tutorial :) It was super fun to make, and I really, really, really love this look! I realize that my reccreation of this look isn't exactly what Miley did... but I just put my own little spin on it, and I feel like it just makes the look a lot more wearable!
