I wasn't able to find that blasted blogpost, must have been pre-letzmakeup.com, anyhow, basically "*SPF 15 filters out approximately 93 percent of all incoming UVB rays. SPF 30 keeps out 97 percent and SPF 50 keeps out 98 percent"..... & SPF pertains only to UVB rays, that's why you need to make sure your sunblock includes UVA protection too!!!.....
