I decide to take out my Mirena (IUD) birth control for multiple reasons stated in the video. I search a lot of videos here on youtube on information on removing the Mirena myself. I thought it would be a good idea to put up a video myself to tell you a little about my experience. I hope this has helped someone out there who is thinking or want to remove it.
