I was really craving some fried pickles and I had remembered seeing a recipe for baked pickles on Pinterest. So I looked it back up, attempted it & taste tested it for you guys. I totally approve. It was so easy and delicious, perfect with ranch.

I was really craving some fried pickles and I had remembered seeing a recipe for baked pickles on Pinterest. So I looked it back up, attempted it & taste tested it for you guys. I totally approve. It was so easy and delicious, perfect with ranch.
Ingredients:
13 Pickle Chips
1 Egg
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1.In a small bowl, mix egg and flour. Add the garlic powder and pepper.
2.In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
3. Dip the pickle chips one by one in the wet ingredients and then coat each with bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
4.Place baking sheet in the oven and broil for 3 minutes. Then, flip each chip over and broil for an additional 3 minutes. ENJOY!
