Clear Vinyl: Joann Craft Store. I bought 1/2 yd or 20 gauge vinyl. 1/2 yrd is quite a lot, you can make around 3-4 of them of this size or various sizes. with a 40% coupon it only cost me $2.00!! They come in different gauges but 20 is stiff enough for clutches, and bags.

10" Zipper: I buy mine in packs so it's not so expensive per zipper. Otherwise it's about $4.00 a zipper and that's a rip. Here's a good price- http://amzn.to/15Gv7E3
