I Filmed this video about 3 months ago and forgot about it totally!
I was going to scrap it but when I revisited the content, I decided to keep it and use it for today's video, since I am due for a new TASTY SELECTIONS video any way!
The smoothie I made in this video is one of my go-to smoothies!
If you have a protein powder that doesn't taste so well on its own (Not the case with this protein because I like this one in the video) You can add fruits and veggies to change it to something that tastes wonderful!

INGREDIENTS USED:
+ Spinach (About a handful)
+ Watermelon (A few cubes)
+ Half a frozen banana (Cut in slices)
+ Jumex Mango Nectar (Half a cup - 1 cup. Depending on how thick you want it. I like mine more liquid like)
+ 1 scoop of Designer Whey Protein ( This one is in Luscious strawberry)

+ I am using a Ninja Blender
+ Pulse and blend really well.
