I did a Sally tutorial on my old channel last year, and I wasn't completely happy with it. I've been wanting to give this look another go for a while now! I hope you guys enjoy. The royal blue I mixed in was in the kit I got for my Dick Smith course, and it doesn't have any labels...I can't find the info on it, but any darker blue creme color will work!
