HALLOWEEN: blue fairy #2 of color fairy series

I'm doing a series of fairy looks based on color. my inspiration came from a book series i'm reading called "the unfinished song" by tara maya. This look is the blue fairys or Merfae. They can take all aquatic animal forms but choose the fish/human the most. A mermaid if you will. This makeup can also be turned into other costumes, for instance if you add gold dots in the blue and aqua shapes and in the eyes, it would look like a peacock!
