2 years ago I started going to the Dominican hair salon to get my hair blown out and my hair is naturally dry.I was getting my hair done every 2 weeks but I didnt know it was so harmful to you hair. I noticed my hair started to break off very badly last year. When I got my hair done for homecoming my aunt told me it was best to cut and perm it. Ever since I have been maintaining it,getting it clipped,and it has grown back nicely. But I want my full length back. Could this remedy be used when your hair is permed? Or Would it be best to go natural to achieve this? Naturally my hair is very thick.

Coconut oil is really good. My grandmother used to cook the coconut meat, until she gets the oil, and that's what I put on my hair, since I was a kid. Now, my hairs has this great volume.
