ElektroCute Swatch & Tell!

Last week Sugarpill launched Elektro Cute, a collection of 5 glitter packed matte neon pigments. Amy was kind enough to send me all five to share with you: Hellatronic, Love Buzz, Super Charged, Hi Viz and Sparkage. Right out of the gate, these pigments have the odds stacked against them: loose neon matte pigments are notorious for being patchy, weird to blend, and difficult to make stick to your skin even with a primer, a sticky base or applying wet. Then you add glitter into the mix to any eyeshadow, and you're just asking for trouble. And fall-out. So much fall out.
