A little bit more about the product: Kefir is like yogurt, but upgraded and optimized for maximum health benefits with a tangy taste. Packed with probiotics, kefir contains more of this good for the gut bacteria than any other yogurt on the shelves. You can get this product in the smoothie form or you can get it in the frozen form. Its gluten free and 99% lactose free.
Personally I did not like this product. Like I said I'm not going to lie to you guys and say that I did. I don't like things that are tangy or tart and this defiantly is. If you have the taste then you might like this but if you like sweet and creamy things like I do then you probably won't like it very much.
