I've been hearing some good things about activator gel. Not too long ago, I experimented with two-strand twists using just activator spray and gel. I loved how soft and juicy my twists looked. The only thing is, activator gel doesn't really offer much in the "hold" department. So, in this video, I want to experiment with adding a little bit of Eco Styler gel for hold.

The only thing is, activator gel doesn't really offer much in the "hold" department. So, in this video, I want to experiment with adding a little bit of Eco Styler gel for hold.
Here is what I did:
My hair was washed and deep conditioned prior to styling.
For ease, I separated my hair into 5 sections, similar to the "mow hawk" I would use if I were doing a roller set.
Leave-in conditioner was applied to each section prior to my styling products.
I used a ratio of 2 parts Eco Styler Gel to 1 part Hawaiian Silky Activator Gel.
In an attempt to use up some products, I'm using up my Care Free Curl Activator spray.
If I felt my hair getting dry before twisting, I lightly misted it with water.
