So ladies this one is for you! We all want that iconic body and realistically we are all built differently and in different proportion. There is nothing enviable about being stick thin and since I've started my fitness journey I now look at athletic, toned figures with appreciation because I understand the work it takes!
Key things to remember are:
Feet shoulder width apart
Knees NEVER go over toes
Stick your butt out and to the floor BUT keep your back straight
ALWAYS breath in and out from start to finish
This workout is specifically to build muscle in your butt region as well as your quads/thighs. You should feel a burn, but a good burn and you should feel satisfied :)
