JULEP'S DELUXE AUGUST 2013 BOX - VERY DISAPPOINTED

It pains me to have to write this because Julep has been so kind to me. But in past 3 months there customer service has gone down hill. I have always raved about there excellent service but I can no longer say that any more.
Show More It pains me to have to write this because Julep has been so kind to me. But in past 3 months there customer service has gone down hill. I have always raved about there excellent service but I can no longer say that any more.
I saw that this month they were offering a Deluxe Box for $34.95 so I ordered because I figured I would be getting some great items. I was so looking forward in receiving this box because when I had looked up the shipping details it was insured plus sent 2 day. I thought I hit the big one. Then imagine my surprise when I received this box and a polish was missing and I received 6 polishes plus the trio lipsticks. In prior months whe I have ordered this boxes they were full of different items. Hand lotion, files, cuticle oil and much more. I have heard from others the same thing on there box plus the poor customer service.
So I have decided to watch and and listen to see if things change. If any would like to comment on this please leave it below.
