I kept in mind the whole time that I was consuming healthier foods instead of just counting calories which made it easier to keep up with it. It's all about feeling better physically and mentally. I pretty much just eat my vegetables like I should lol. I hope my experienced tips helped you out. I am not a professional nutritionist but that's what worked for me.
