This time, the focus is all about RED LIPS! It's no secret that I love lipstick -- the brighter the better! I thought I'd share a few of my favorite ways to wear red on the lips. I'm totally in to the 90's grunge look, ATM and really wish I could pull of black lipstick...but I put my own spin on it. I hope you like!
