3. Must be 18+ OR have parental permission to have mail sent to your residence.
4. For video prizes, you must make a SPRING BREAK inspired video. We will be judging on creativity. Anything from hair and makeup tutorials to what's in my beach bag to spring break survival guides will be accepted! Also, state in the video what your plans are for spring break. Either state or list in the description box what permanent China Glaze or OPI polish you would like to receive. Video response your entry to BOTH videos!
5. If you are entering the comment portion, state in the comments what you want to do/are doing for spring break. Up to three entries are allowed per person per video, no repeats. Repeats will be deleted.
6. Contest is international. We will ship to wherever you live!
7. Begins February 20th and ends March 30th.

2nd place video entry: $25 MAC gift card w/ CG or OPI polish.
