What's up chicken butts? Today I have a nail art tutorial that is all ready for the new Oz movie that came out on March 8, 2013! I love the Wizard of Oz and all of L. Frank Baum's stories. This nail tutorial is more inspired by the original Oz film. The red nails represent the ruby slippers and the green & black ones represent the skin of the Wicked Witch of the West and the black is her dress.
