I don't know what to call this, but I make it often for my husband and I and he loves it. I'll just call it "Pasta one-dish skillet" with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, pasta, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, celery salt ( I usually use chopped celery and sweet red peppers), onion salt, parsley flakes, curry powder. Boil water for pasta. Fry the sausage and sprinkle on the spices, add chopped onion and toss till done, and add your mushrooms last. Then add 1 cup of hot water with 4 cubes of chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in it and add it to the pan and simmer till pasta is al dente. Add pasta to pan, toss and cover till it absorbs all of the juices. Serve with a little Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy! I also make this with rice pilaf in place of the pasta.
