To start with, paint your nails with a base coat to protect your nails from staining. Then paint your nails with a blue nail polish to create a sky on which you will then draw cute fluffy cartoon clouds. To achieve the cloudy sky nail art you only need a dotting tool -- you can use this cheap dotting tool which I am using or you can use a pencil or similar instead. Since clouds are of different shapes and sizes, you can pair white dots in various ways to achieve smaller and larger cartoon fluffy clouds. To make this nail art more dynamic, I decided to create a sun nail design on my ring finger. Use dotting tool for a circle and then draw some yellow sun rays.
