Basic Face Shapes

Recently I've been taking makeup courses and have learned so much! I'm really excited to share with you what I've learned so far and I'm going to start by showing you the 8 basic face shapes. These include oval, heart, pear, square, round, diamond, hexagonal, and oblong.

I find that its really important to know your face shape because you can highlight your strong points and cover up parts of your face that you don't like as much. Each face shape is unique and beautiful in it's own way. Its much easier to tell what face shape you are by putting your hair in a ponytail and clipping bangs away from your face. This way you can see your hairline and then determine what face shape you have! I've shown pictures of celebs that I think fall in each category of face shapes. I may or may not be correct again this is MY opinion and MY judgement. I hope this tutorial teaches you something about different face shapes so that you can create your own judgements :)
