Hiya!
So here we are, another week already?! Bloody hell. Hope you guys are having a good one so far! Yeah, I am slightly late with this video, but at least it's not a car vlog! "Always look on the bright side of life~"
So, acne pills. Do they exist? Well, not exactly. There are a few things out there you can take to 'cure' your acne, but sometimes they come at a big price. The main things I talk about in this video are:
- Vitamins: What vitamins can you take to help clear your skin? There are a few key vitamins that can really help improve your complexion, which you can find in any good quality supplement tablet, or in good foods! I ended up cutting a chunk out of my video on this, but one of my fave supplements is the 'Swisse Hair Skin & Nails' tablet. I've been taking it a long time, and it's pretty terrific. I'm not sponsored or anything by them, just letting you know what I take.
- The Pill: Birth Control Tablets for acne? Yes!! They help to regulate the hormones and oil production. There are many different kinds of Birth Control, but a few select types are specifically good for acne. You can often get generic versions of these too, so they are incredibly cheap. You should definitely talk with your doctor, or your parents if you are underage, about this if you are interested.
- Antibiotics: There are oodles of antibiotics on the market for all kinds of illness, and although I am not a massive fan of them, they can really help in certain situations. For guys, taking a long-term antibiotic for acne could be a great way to help regular the body and decrease acne. They cannot fully remove acne, as far as I know, but they are a temporary fix for some people, and generally help to get acne under control.
- Roaccutane/Accutane: This is a HARDCORE DRUG, YO. I know that sounds weird, but it honestly is, and is not something you should take unless you are fully versed in all possible side-effects. You can get it in 10mg or 20mg, and it can only be prescribed by a dermatologist (which cost an absolute bomb - another reason you need to be REALLY sure you want to take it). Do your research, educate yourself, there is loads of info about this on the interwebz. If you want my honest opinions and personal experience, let me know in the comments.
Well I reckon this is one of the longest video descriptions I have ever had the pleasure to write for you! I reckon I better end it here, so thank you for your love and squishes, I'll catch y'all on WEDNESDAY!
Don't forget to 'LIKE' and SHARE this video around! It really helps, and it's bloomin' free!
