The word Turquoise is derived from the Greek word "Turkois" meaning "Turkish" because it was first brought from Turkey!

Turquoise is such a pretty color is more like a lighter version of teal. Teal and green mixed together equals turquoise. If you look at a turquoise stone, it has some brown edges, and thats why I incorporated the brown in my look! Enjoy!
