This is how I color my hair. I am aware that this is damaging and some may view me as "not fully natural." I care not. I add color for warmth and fun, and honestly my natural hair color (black) is a bit harsh on my skintone anyway. I don't plan to color again for a very long while (I'll probably refresh with a semi to avoid damage and up keep the roots if they're unbearable.) If you're wondering, the front wasn't meant to be blond, it was meant to be a coppery tone so it blends into the red better. I'm not an expert, I am simply a cheap girl who can't afford salon services but wants to change her hair color. If you are really lost or want a drastic change, I suggest asking a professional. Hopefully this can help any of you who want to color yourself!

I bought most of these supplies at Sally's. They were affordable and pretty easy to access. I lighten my brows probably every two weeks since the eyebrow hair is so much shorter than the hair on my head and grows out quicker. I left the color on my hair for about 40 min and the bleach on my brows for 10 min. (Forgot to mention this in the video) After co-washing and deep conditioning, I sprayed a bit of the Apple Cider Vinegar/water on my hair, then rinsed. (This will help close the hair cuticle since it has been opened from coloring.) Then I applied my leave in and braided my hair into a protective style.
