Splurge or Save? Smashbox Photo Finish Lid Primer vs ELF Mineral Eyeshadow Primer

This one was easy for me to chose. After doing all the test between these two products there was only one option. To be honest I use neither of these primers on a regular basis. I find that the Tarte one works so much better but the Smashbox one and elf one were more comparable in everything so I did it with those.

Smashbox Primer: $20 for .08 oz
ELF Primer: $3 dollars for .15 oz
